Koko päivänmittaisen osion teemana on resilienssi eläinlääkärin työssä. Aihetta käsitellään niin työntekijän kuin työnantajan tai esimiehen näkökulmasta, joten osio sopii monelle eläinlääkärille työnkuvasta riippumatta. Erilaisten ihmisten kanssa toimeen tulemisen ja viestinnän taitoja tarvinnevat kaikki. Samoin vastaus kysymykseen, ”Kuinka useimmat työpäivät voisivat olla hyviä?” on tärkeä useimmille. Luennoilla palataan myös aiemminkin Eläinlääkäripäivillä esillä olleeseen oman (työ)elämän hallintakeinoon, mindfulnessiin. Päivän päätteeksi puhutaan muutoksen johtamisesta. Päivän mittaisen valmennuksen vetäjänä on vuoden 2015 Eläinlääkäripäiviltä tuttu ja silloin pidetty DVM Carolyn Crowe Englannista.
